We usually ship within 5 business days from the date of order.

・DELIVERY SERVICE
All orders will be shipped by EMS.
Please note that delivery time may take longer due to our inability to ship on holidays (year-end and New Year holidays, Obon holidays, and temporary closures) or due to inclement weather conditions.

・SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout under the following rates.

2.Singapore / Hong Kong : 3,850 JPY(Incl tax)
3.Austria / Belgium / Finland / France / Germany / Italy / Netherlands / Portugal /  Spain / United Kingdom : 5,550 JPY(Incl tax)
4.U.S. : 6,600 JPY(Incl tax)

*We may cancel your order due to international circumstances or logistics.

・About Payment
Credit cards / Pay Pal / Google Pay / Apple Pay are accepted.
Accepted credit card types are JCB, VISA, Master, and AMEX.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) for international shipments.

Prices shown on the product pages do not include consumption tax in Japan.
The checkout page will show the total price of the product plus shipping charges. Customs duties are not included.
