返金ポリシー

・初期不良や誤配送など、弊社のサービスが十分に提供されなかった場合に限り、返品・交換を承ることが可能です。但し、商品到着日より7日以内にお問い合わせいた場合に限らせていただきます。

・但し、下記の商品については返品、交換をお受けすることができませんので、ご注意ください。 

1. 「イメージと違った」「ご注文商品を間違えてしまった」等のお客様都合による商品の返品および交換、ご返金
2. お客様にて、傷や汚れが発生した場合
3. 郵送時の箱がない場合
4. 商品ページに返品できない旨を記載している商品の場合

・返金は、商品が弊社に到着・状態確認後、5営業日以内にお支払いいたします。

 

We will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where our service was not sufficient, such as initial defects or delivery. We will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer reasons, such as "the product was not what I imagined" or "I ordered the wrong product.

1. If the item is damaged or stained by the customer
2. If the box in which the product was shipped is missing
3. If the product page states that the item cannot be returned.
4. Refunds will be paid within 5 business days after the product arrives at our company and its condition is confirmed.
